Fernando Casado, CAD’s director, premieres a new collaboration with the blog Voces -hosted by El Mundo-, a space that promotes culture and creativity as a strategy to fight against poverty and social exclusion. In its first article, Fernando reviews the High Level Meeting of the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation that took place in Mexico on April 16-17 and analyzes the key role of innovation in the development sector.
