Starlight Iberá: promoting regenerative tourism for local economic development post COVID-19
Starlight Iberá is an alliance to catalyze local economic development in Iberá, in northwestern Argentina, through the creation of an innovative regenerative tourism offer that has local communities as the main target. Based on the successful experience of the Spanish Starlight Foundation, which certifies and promotes astro-tourism destinations internationally, this project seeks to train and support – with online and offline resources – the most vulnerable communities of Iberá to rediscover their starry sky as a key resource to co-create a unique offer of ecotourism products and services.
