Elaboration and implementation of a capacity building programme on Leadership and Management of Transformative Partnerships to support five partnerships (formed of 30 entities) from Chiapas and Yucatan, Mexico.

The programme, elaborated on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the beneficiaries needs was conceived in an interactive way combining theoretical training and practical exercises, personal mentoring and strategic advisory services.
