Strategic methodology to promote CSR communication
HAVAS is the world’s 6th-ranked group in communications consulting. Being a multicultural, decentralized group, it is present in 75 countries through its vast network of agencies and affiliation agreements. Its 14,400 employees put their creativity and expertise to work for each client’s specific needs.
Given the recent rise of CSR activities and development goals needs, HAVAS Group has requested CAD to create a methodology to integrate social needs in communication strategy and propose their clients to focus their CSR activities to development targets that have a quantitative impact on development goals.
- Elaborate a diagnosis of HAVAS clients’ needs and potential assets that could have a positive impact on development.
- Create a methodology that integrates such needs and maximizes impact of companies on development goals.
- Integrate the CSR strategy with an ethical and coherent communication strategy to create awareness and engage local actors in a joint strategy with common development goals.
