Training and impact evaluation of the SME Toolkit
The project aims at providing strategic advice and at implementing training on Content Management Systems and a ToT for the local partner, as well as on developing additional monitoring and evaluation tools for the Programme and partners in the field to analyze in greater depth the results and impact of the program to SMEs.
Positioning and SWOT analysis of the SME Toolkit in relation to other relevant tools used by donors or business organizations.
Sector-specific and regionally adapted training materials.
User engagement strategy using Version 2.0 and 2.5 features, as well as innovative design elements during in-classroom trainings, including the user engagement completion report including summaries of both the strategy and implementation.
Preparation and coordination of the training events.
Delivery of training.
Development and implementation of a results measurement tool.
Impact evaluation of the Toolkit's performance.
