Definition of a methodology for measuring SCP on the Mediterranean

The study’s main objective was to prevent and minimize the generation of pollution and waste at the very source of production processes, to increase efficiency in the use of raw materials, energy, water and the management of waste loops along the value chain and the life cycle of products, and to take responsibility for the impact of activities on customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, communities and other stakeholders. To measure these objectives, quantitative and qualitative indicators for measuring SCP in 26 countries in the Mediterranean have been defined.
