Consulting services for the strategic development of UNCRD
The objective of the project was to evaluate different strategic options for UNCRD to position itself in a more successful way within the international system of development cooperation, increase its visibility, and diversify financing for programmes and projects. In the context of this project, a stakeholder survey was designed and implemented on an international level, which generated additional information for the development of conclusions and recommendations for UNCRD.
