Assistance to the Mediterranean Blue Economy Stakeholder Platform (MedBESP)

2023-2026The objective of this contract is to provide communication, content management, IT and monitoring services for the platform, leveraging the knowledge acquired over the past five years of management.
GlobalCAD -with the support of IT experts- will continue providing assistance to the Union for the Mediterranean with the management of the MedBESP. The aim is to further develop its outreach potential, monitor its performance and manage online content on an ongoing basis.
The collaboration also includes communication activities such as social media content, development of newsletters and creation of linkages with other relevant blue economy regional communities.
Services provided:
Technical management of the MedBESP, consolidating all existing functionalities and introducing new ones based on the results of the assessment of the previous phase
Upload and manage new contents, provide updates and new functionalities, under the close supervision of the UFM Blue Economy team and in coordination with the UfM Communication Team
Preparation of the biannual newsletter on blue economy in English, French and Arabic sent to the 42 countries of the UfM
Improve the outreach strategy , tapping into the experience and lessons learned across 5 years managing the platform
