Under the Skills Development, innovative approaches in skilling in Uganda and beyond have been piloted. A GlobalCAD team, under the coordination of Nina Retzlaff, documented through The Action Research what works best to improve skilling in Uganda. This report helps to guide decision-making on how to improve the relevance, quality, effectiveness and equal access to skilling.
