GlobalCAD is looking for a graphic animator for the production of social videos

Terms of Reference

GlobalCAD is looking for a graphic animator to make short animated videos (2 or 3 minutes long) on resilient cities.

The videos will be aimed at raising awareness of the challenges and illustrating the lessons learned from two cities on their way to promoting inclusive economic development.

The subjects to be developed in the videos are as follows:

> Informality and climate change in cities
> The role of secondary cities in developing countries
> Improving settlements for the new urban agenda

Content of the proposal

Applicants should prepare a proposal containing, in approximately two pages, the following elements:

1. Description of the design line (with references to similar publicly accessible products not necessarily made by the applicant)

2. References of previous animation works made by the applicant

Requirements:

> Demonstrable experience in the realization of animations

> Accessible and resolute person

> Working language: Spanish or English

Deadlines: From September 10 to September 30.
