This Thursday at 21.00 we will present Towards the Human City at l’Espai Jove La Fontana, in Barcelona. The project Towards the Human City aims to identify, document, and communicate initiatives, programs, and public policies that make significant improvements in the way we think about cities and how we manage them. Fernando Casado and Paula García travelled around the world for over two years documenting inspiring stories that make cities more livable. The idea is to show the potential of individuals transforming their cities and inspire global citizens to take action towards more human cities.

With more than 101 initiatives filmed, many products are being developed such as a full documentary about the project, 101 video capsules of 2 to 3 minutes per selected initiative and more than 60 interviews to inspire mayors, city planners, architects and civil society leaders.

On Thursday Fernando and Paula will present the project and some video capsules will be projected.
