Today GlobalCAD held its third Food for Thought session: an interactive gathering where people come to present an inclusive business model for which they want feedback, ideas and comments. At GlobalCAD we believe in partnerships and we are always looking for ways to exchange and share ideas with other individuals and organisations.

This month Katie Benson came to present her project “El Pot”. El Pot provides healthy meals, prepared freshly every morning with local products. These meals are presented in  Le Parfait jars which come in two sizes. The idea behind “El Pot” is for people to be able to eat a healthy take away, to promote zero kilometer products and to reduce plastic use. The boutique take away restaurant is located in Carrer de Córsega, 225, 08037 Barcelona, Spain. Don’t hesitate to pass by and discover the concept and the delicious pots!
