The “No Excuses 2015” Millenium Campaign was created in 2002 by the Secreatry General of the United Nations to promote Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) amongst the civil society so that they demand the gobernants to comply with the pledges signed in the Millenium Declaration in the year 2000. Fernadno Casado states that Spain is responding very well to this message but he warns that improvement is necessary to win the fight against extreme poverty.
